The Lots

On a hill overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, the Lots are situated approximately 1 mile from the nearest beach, 1 mile from Quepos and 2 miles to Manuel Antonio. These lots and several other of the same type form a community named "Las Vistas de Manuel Antonio". Each lot has water & utility hookups and two luxury homes are currently being constructed in the community. Since there are no houses on the property, there are trees that block the view somewhat. These trees would, of course, be removed when you build your house.

The properties are in a new community with very well maintained roads and landscaping. As with most land in Manuel Antonio, the property is on a hill. The land is not steep and most luxury houses and hotels around the area are built on hills just like this. Lot 8, in fact, has a semi flat area which would make for a perfect homesite. Lots with this feature are very rare so appreciation should be very high.

Later on I was visited by a sloth. I have never seen such a wide variety of wildlife so
close to a major tourist area. I have been to Hawaii several times and the only unique animal I saw was there was a gecko. Above are pictures that were taken in the immediate area of the property.
